What should I do to stop my anxiety?

One of the recent reports released by CDC(centers for Disease Control and Prevention) mentioned that increased percentage of people have shown symptoms of anxiety or depressive disorder in the Covid-19 pandemic from 36.4% to 41.5%, especially among the young adults group. It’s common to feel anxiety at some point in life but it often leads to a severe degree yet only 36.9% of those suffering receive treatment according to single care team.

Q. Why can’t I stop my anxious mind?

The reason why we have anxiety and cannot settle down our minds is because we continue to have many anxious thoughts. 

We were born with this body. Along with the body, there are eyes, nose, ears and mouth that function like  a camera. All the things I saw, heard, smelled, and felt are all like pictures in my brain like a reel of film, imprinted and remaining there. I have tens of thousands of kinds of pictures, all of them imprinted inside of me. All of my thoughts come from these memories of the life lived. Even my anxious minds come from these kinds of pictures that I possess in my mind which is why I have anxiety. I see and hear and also continuously think about the things I have in my mind. The mind world of pictures that I have made in my mind is what we refer to as the human mind world which is a lie.

Q. What is the solution? How Can Meditation Help me achieve it?

If you discard all of the minds which is fake and become the real mind, Truth, as well as the land of Truth all, exist in my mind. Then, all the difficulties that are in my mind — Discard these and once you become the mind of Truth, it is such that all things will be naturally resolved and all anxieties will disappear.

So that is why all of one’s thoughts and actions are based on the countless kinds of pictures that his mind of lies possesses. This is the reason why stress, anxiety, as well as questions and curiosities about life, arise and also lead to having poor health. 

When you learn how to cleanse the mind of anxiety through meditation, you can create space between yourself and what you’re experiencing and your anxiety can soften. But in order to be free completely from the root cause of mind of anxiety, the best meditation is to find truth from within.
