How can I stay motivated during the COVID pandemic?

1. As Corona has been ongoing since the year before last, it has changed many aspects of our daily lives

When we introduced remote work for the first time at the company, employees were frantically busy learning how to use an unfamiliar system. In spite of that, people are adaptive, and we have been able to work productively in a new work environment after several lockdowns.

Due to nostalgia for the previous era, we believed we could return to our old daily lives after a few months, a year, or this year. To be honest, I’m more of an analog person than a digital one. Therefore, it was all about creating an account on social networks that people use a lot these days, such as Facebook and Instagram, and occasionally uploading some photos, or occasionally blogging. That was all for me. Perhaps I was defending myself while holding the negative side of digital-based human relationships or networks in my mind. The era in which we must live in the future is said to introduce an entirely new world based on the web. It will be required new terms, new tools or platforms, and even skills to handle them properly. 👩‍💻🧑‍💻

3. Meditation helped me see my mind and I am no longer negative about changes in the new era.

If I hadn’t come across meditation, I probably wouldn’t have been able to objectively see myself, or even see my hidden mind within, what I was accustomed to old patterns. My senior and co-workers say we should keep improving ourselves even while working. I know, I know, I keep repeating it in my mind, but it must have been challenging to learn new material after having worked all day.

However, after removing unnecessary distractions and stress through meditation, my head is clear and I have developed a curiosity about new things, and have more energy for daily life. An endless stream of unwanted thoughts exhausts the body and mind and makes it difficult to take action. We don’t want to be lazy, right? But there is no choice, we just end up just thinking about it. But by removing the negative minds inside myself, I became as faithful as possible to the present, acting and learning in accordance with my needs.

Conclusion: While I was taking a walk in my town over the weekend, I found that new shoots were sprouting in the fields even though it was still winter.🌱🌱🌱 Of course, the flower buds of trees, as well. So amazing!!! Nature has prepared for spring diligently and calmly, without taking a moment to rest. Likewise, our mind will become the mind of nature when the false mind has gone. By letting go of the false mind we thought was real, will be able to act freely!🏃‍♀️🏃
