Meditation 101: Meditation vs Mindfulness

 “Mindfulness” and “meditation” are often used for the same meaning or representing similar kinds of mental practice aligned with a same purpose. They are both helpful recognizing one’s own thoughts and increasing awareness. But clear understanding of what each practice means helps practitioners choose what path they are in and where to go further in their direction.

In the following event, we will talk about what is mindfulness and how it is different from meditation in our version.
