How to relieve stress effectively

People have many ways of relieving stress; Gossiping, sleeping, Listening to music, eating tasty food. But do they really release your stress permanently?

Stress and anxiety are most common reason why people try meditation. These days emotional disorders are shown not only in middle aged adults but also young adults with various reasons such as employment, work related anxiety and worries about uncertainties.

How we should relieve and cope with stress has been discussed a lot for years but do they permanently liberate oneself from stress?

The key to relieving anger and stress is “true reflection”

According to the journal published by Korean Stress Society, stress release can be achieved when people look back on themselves. It means to get away from the thought that only I am right. Because the self is easy to think and hold on to one’s view point instead of being able to think from the other’s perspective and understand them.

"If we look at the psychological treatment implications of this meditation, this meditation method guides you to be mindful of your own imaginary death and afterwards, face the past experiences and memories as a video, reflecting on the past life through its discarding process. In this process, we can deduce that there is a major psychotherapeutic mechanism.

Also, many participants in the study said “looking back on myself helped me understand what I need to do ”. For example, when participants asked “why am I having a hard time? Why am I getting stressed?”, they couldn’t answer and know reason why. It made them feel even more difficult about their lives. However looking back on the self and knowing how one’s mind in the the past caused the present minds help them tremendously how to find  all the clues to solve issues in the present.
